Upon our early arrival we were allowed to gain early access to the property, very prompt communication was very helpful! We had a small issue with the ice maker, it was resolved within just a few minutes, thanks for the great weekend!

Overall communication with the host was really good until it came time for him to give me the partial refund he had promised cause of the issues. The refund never came after multiple follow ups with him. He never even responded to the last message I sent. So we booked this home and had drainage issues from day 1. Showers weren't draining properly in multiple restrooms. The outdoor ice machine was broken and the outdoor projector wouldn't turn on. Reached out to the host and they sent a guy out later on to pour drano down the drain. They order an ice machine that arrived a couple of days later but nobody ever came to install it so it just sat in the box while we were there. On Saturday their septic tanks overflowed into 2 of the bedrooms and got all over our luggage, shoes and anything else touching the floors. We had to throw towels down so it would travel to the rest of the house. We were no longer able to use the bathrooms on that side of the house for the rest of the stay. That side of the house smelled even after they sent people out to clean it so we ended up moving out of those bedrooms. After all these issues the host said they would give us a partial refund and after multiple attempts to get that refund the host failed to follow through with the refund. I stayed patient the entire time but when a person gives false promises then that's when its frustrating. So based off of our experience I would never stay in any property that is owned by this host.

Great location, very roomy, neat, back porch and pool are great. Owners are very responsive!

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It is a beautiful, spacious and extremely clean 5 bedroom/5 1/2 bath. While at the house, my family of all ages had many provided indoor and outdoor activities that kept everyone busy. Just a few of those were swimming pool/hot tub, volleyball, putting green, shuffle board, movie areas and more. The hosts were excellent communicators. Location, location, location-ideal! The river was close! We will stay here again!
